EULA & Terms of Sale

These End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and Terms of Sale govern your purchase and use of software licenses provided by PRECISION e-Technologies.

License Grant

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as specified in your order. You may install on the number of devices permitted by your license type.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly.
• No sublicensing or distribution without written consent.
• Compliance with all export control laws.

Payment & Delivery

All fees are due upfront according to the quotation. License keys will be delivered electronically within 1 business day of payment clearance.

Updates & Maintenance

Minor updates are included for the duration of your support term. Major version upgrades may require additional fees.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software.
