Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA governs the processing of personal data by PRECISION e-Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Processor”) on behalf of its customers (“Controller”) in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing. The Processor processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller.

Sub-processors

The Processor may engage sub-processors for specific services. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request, and the Controller will be notified of changes.

Security Measures

The Processor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption, access controls, and incident response, to protect personal data.

Data Subject Rights

The Processor will assist the Controller in responding to data subject requests, breach notifications, and regulatory inquiries.
