1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns on any products or services once they have been delivered, provisioned, or activated. All sales are considered final.

2. Exception – Defective or Damaged Hardware

The only exception to our no-return policy is for physical products (hardware, devices, accessories) that arrive in a defective or damaged condition. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing support@precisiontech.in.

We may request photos or videos of the issue to validate your claim. If approved, you may be required to ship the defective item back in its original packaging with all accessories. Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion.

3. Services & Subscriptions

Services, digital solutions, and subscription-based products (including SaaS offerings, consulting, and support plans) are non-returnable. Once activated or delivered, these cannot be returned or exchanged.
