At PRECISION e-Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to delivering reliable products and services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted for services, subscriptions, and hardware purchased through our website and payment gateway.
1. Services & Subscriptions
All service engagements, digital solutions, and subscription plans (including SaaS products, support packages, and consulting services) are non-refundable once activated, provisioned, or initiated. We recommend evaluating service details, demos, and pricing before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods or early cancellations.
2. Hardware & Tangible Products
For physical products (hardware, devices, accessories), refunds are only possible if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery, and you notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Before Service Start
If you wish to cancel a purchase before any provisioning, delivery, or project initiation has occurred, please notify us immediately at support@precisiontech.in. After verifying that no services or products have been initiated/delivered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline & Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.) via our payment gateway (Razorpay or equivalent). Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer but typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account. We are not responsible for delays once the refund has been initiated on our side.
