How can I get faster support services?
Here is how you can get faster support services –
- Provide visible and readable quality Screenshots / Videos of the problem.
- Provide Anydesk remote access id, if there is a need to take remote access to your device.
- Provide the above information via the WhatsApp Group of your company OR via email to support@precisiontech.in
- Describe your problem well and provide sufficient information for us to understand your problem.
- If you will provide sufficient information properly, you can expect a very quick resolution to your problem. It is a simple rule of “Help us to Help you“.
Our working hours –
- Monday to Friday – 10 am to 6 pm – Except Holidays
- In case of emergency, “Really the Emergency“, we do make exceptions to the above schedules and provide support.
